gallium is developed as part of the mesa project, and Makefile.sources
comes from their build system. I'm not sure how much I want to diverge from
their project, as their build system is always undergoing changes.

I'm guessing the future someone will have a requirement to build virgl on
OSX or Windows and I'd rather not bar the way too early.

So I'm not going to push this one,
