[virglrenderer-devel] shader/translate_tex refactor

This series tries to cleanup translate_tex a bit,
it pulls the txq path out into it's own path, uses the
prefix strings in more places, add strings for the twm/gwm writemasks
and refactors out the offset handling.

It shouldn't change any functionality, and I see no piglit regressions.
