[virglrenderer-devel] Preparing to tag a new release

Dear all, 

virglrenderer has come a long way since the last release with improved
performance and conformance. 
There are still some open bugs that point to rendering problems, but
IMHO the performance improvements alone justify that we cut a new
release really soon now, so if you don't have any objections, or any
code that you would like to see added then I'd tag a release on Monday.
