[virglrenderer-devel] Possible to cross-compile for Windows? (re: QEMU)

I'm using QEMU on Windows 10 (host) and the pre-compiled binaries do
not include OpenGL support for 3D acceleration.  However, I think QEMU
requires virgl-render so I'm wondering if it's possible to
cross-compile it for Windows?

I've never cross-compiled QEMU but I've used MXC and cross-compiled
other things so I'm wondering if it's possible or if anybody has any
advice.
