Virgl with zink via network

My laptop with win11 doesn't have a powerful gpu so I can't run programs
such as blender but my phone can run it smoothly with mesa zink, i'm
wondering if there is a way i could use my phone to render blender on my
laptop via the network? android has a usb tethering feature and also a wifi
hotspot that would minimize latency when streaming gl calls but is it
doable? I know there's a repo for pre-built mesa dlls which is what I'm
using to run blender with software graphics at the moment.

Virgl work via sockets and sockets and network are the same thing right?
