[waffle] Build on Android 4.3 issue

Hi,

Does anyone know how to solve this build issue on Android 4.3 :  frameworks/native/include/utils/StrongPointer.h:173:28: error: cannot convert 'android::Surface* const' to 'ANativeWindow*' in initialization

I can build waffle successfully on Android 4.2. The full error message is attached.
