Thanks. I tested the patch on Fedora 20 and Archlinux then committed to
master.

For me, it reduced `ninja man` from 20s to 1.25s.

Could you update debian/control and the dependencies section in the
README? Search for "xsl" in the README and you'll find the right spot.
