[waffle] [PATCH 00/18] Up-streaming the WGL support for waffle

Hello all,

I believe the title says it all - hopefully this series will be 
reasonably clean of hacks to be considered for inclusion.

In summary:
 Patches 01-03: Add CPack module (for tarballs), Archlinux PKGBUILD
script (ease building) and some documentation about building for Windows.
 Patches 04-13: The core of this series adding the WGL support.
 Patches 14-18: A collection of MSVC centric fixes. These can be applied 
before, after or interleaved with my earlier MSVC (inspired) fixes.

Note: patches 08 and 13 break API/ABI in a non-backwards compatible way.

Take a look and please shout if I was day-dreaming at some point and 
completely lost the plot :P

The series is based on top of the for-upstream-3.2-pull branch and is 
available at the for-upstream-WGL branch in my repo.
