[waffle] [PATCH 00/10] Autodetection of waffle_has_egl, glx... memory leaks and more

Hi all,

It seems like Chad's pull of the previous series came just in time, as
I was cooking this one :)

First two patches are resent from last time, with minor fixes.

The third one nukes 'restrict' from our public header, while it
preserves it in the definition of the function, so that the compiler
can still optimise the library.

Fourth patch adds a somewhat rude form of autodetection for glx/egl...
when the user has not explicitly set the requested platform.

Followed by a few fixes in cgl (untested) and other places.
