[waffle] Plans for releasing 1.5.1 and 1.4.4

The maint-1.5 branch has acquired a few fixes. And Dylan (CC'd) would like to use the
Waffle's new CMake package files. So I think it's time for new maintenance releases.

I plan on releasing Waffle 1.5.1 and 1.4.4 on Wednesday unless someone objects.

The unreleased changes on the maint-1.5 branch:
  - A few fixes for WGL
  - A fix to FindWaffle.cmake
  - New CMake PackageConfig files, WaffleConfig.cmake and WaffleConfigVersion.cmake

The unreleased changes on the maint-1.4 branch include the CMake but not the WGL changes.

If you would like to see additional fixes in 1.4.4 and 1.5.1, then please speak up.
