[waimea] Hello. Can someone help me make waimea play nice?

I like waimea. I LOVE waimea. What a great desktop manager! fast and slick!

One problem though. When you have an application like Juk or something that 
runs in the task bar when closed/minimized... I can't get it back open in 
waimea. Third mouse button shows desktops, not running apps. There is no 
minimized icon anywhere.

can anyone help with this? I WANT to use waimea so bad, but it sucks to have 
to have kdcop open to get my apps back. And waimea drives kicker / karamba 
systrays  nuts! they don't work at all.
