[waimea] Background & trasparency

To set the background you can use two tools that I know of:

1. Esetroot from enlightenment (www.enlightenment.org)
2. hsetroot from kahakai (kahakai.sf.net)

The background configuration tool from gnome might work as well.

Since Waimea is based on cairo transparency will work but I'm not sure
that it's implemented yet.
