[waimea] Windows style

I've been messing around with styles a little bit lately. I can't find a single
one that anybody has created that makes any significant changes to the original
Waimea 0.5.0 style.

While I was getting familiar with the config files I created a Windows looking
style for my box at work. I didn't change a whole lot added a couple of buttons
to the titlebar, removed the rounded corners and put a couple of new gradients
in.

I was having trouble with the maximizetoggle directive with shaded windows so I
disabled the maximize button on the titlebar but left it for looks.
