[waimea] Can't access CVS

Actually, I got a response from Eoin Hennessy, the day after I sent my
message. I was able to get the source from the freedesktop cvs server and
it did compile with the patch posted on the ML. I haven't try it yet. I am
aware of the cairo problems.
