[waimea] Instructions

After retrieving from cvs as described on the site you just do the
standard autotools build steps, which are..

./configure
make
make install (as root)

But.. waimea cvs is currently broken due to an updated cairo api, so
you'll have to use an older version of cairo, or wait for it to be
fixed.
