[waimea] Cairo 1.0 support

Hmmm, I think wires have been crossed.. I havn't released any patches
for latest cairo support.. too busy with work at the minute. In answer
to whether or not waimea is still being developed, I think it is, but
I suspect David is very busy with at Novell with xgl and has been
reluctant to update waimea until the cairo API settles down.
