weston start with drm mode

Bug detailed description:

Start weston under drm mode, weston start with abnormal black desktop, every
application is overwhelmed by the dark background. At the same time, the mouse
moving followed with a serises of mouse tag shadow. There is no error log when
weston start. 

The situation is similar when start at X mode.

The bug block our test job.
