Bug detailed description:

Run case clickdot, then fullscreen clickdot, click near the screen edge,
there's no reaction and the white line of mouse also can't be drew.
The attachment image will give you the detail.
The issue can be reproduced only under drm. It's normal under X mode.
Reproduce steps:
----------------------------
1. Start weston
2. ./clickdot
3. fullscreen clickdot
4. click along with the screen edge.
