It would be nice to have a option in weston.ini to set the path to the
desktop-shell client. 

This would make it easier to switch between the weston-desktop-shell and
alternatives (such as https://github.com/tiagovignatti/gtk-shell.)

Currently to do this, you have to rebuild weston, or overwrite
weston-desktop-shell in the file system.
