Bug 62910 addressed weston-launch issues with all signals except SIGKILL.  Some
of the SIGKILL woes were discussed in
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=62910#c1.

Killing weston-launch with SIGKILL still hangs the ttys and is an issue that
still needs addressed eventually.
