Weston Segmentation Fault GDB Backtrace

Weston segfaults due to a NULL dereference in wl_resource_get_client().  See
attached gdb backtrace for more details.

This is triggered 100% of the time with the WindowFullscreenTest in
wayland-fits and possibly related to Bug 65728.

This started happening within the following commit window:

wayland (master) ba90497b87 minus 8 commits
weston (master) eeefc9e311 minus 25 commits

prior to those commits, this issue was not seen.
