In Chrome Version 39.0.2171.71 (64-bit) on Fedora 21 Beta, when I try to
reposition the hangouts popouts generated by the hangouts extension, the popout
window moves unpredictably, but near enough to the mouse to get what I need
done after some fighting with it.
