Steps:
1. Launch weston
2. Launch weston-terminal
3. Maximize weston-terminal
4. Right click on terminal toolbar to activate context menu
5. Observe context menu shadow flickers.
6. Restore terminal
7. Activate context menu. Observe context menu shadow flickers. See attached
video.
