  gtk+ | Backend: Wayland | unspecified

Summary: wayland: Configure sizes must be honored in FULLSCREEN
                    or MAXIMIZED mode.
    Classification: Platform
           Product: gtk+
           Version: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Normal
         Component: Backend: Wayland
        AssignedTo: gtk-bugs at gtk.org
        ReportedBy: mforney at mforney.org
         QAContact: gtk-bugs at gtk.org
                CC: rob at robster.org.uk, wayland-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
     GNOME version: ---

The xdg_shell protocol states that "The window geometry specified in the
configure event must be obeyed by the client." for the maximized and fullscreen
states.

gtk+ fails to do this when the application has specified geometry hints, for
example gnome-terminal.
