ok, had a look through the recordings and they indeed show the same symptoms.
in between normal-ish events there are events that cancel each other out.
That's most pronounced in the last recording.

This is related to the device being a semi-mt. Those devices only provide a
bounding box and if you check the center of the bounding box you can see
exactly those jumps:
