Test case reproducing the issue

The minimum width of a window is larger when running the Wayland backend than
it is when running running the X11 backend. For example by creating a window
consisting of only a label, when running on X11, the window will be sized to
just fit the label, while when running on Wayland it'll be much wider.

Attaching an example program where the issue reproduces. Depending on what
backend is used, the minimum size will be different. It is not possible to
resize the window in Wayland to the same size as is the default on X11.
