I found a same CYTRA-101008-00 trackpad with v2.0 firware for the HP Falco, and
did many tests on it, no siliar issue found. So it's highly possible that the
trackpad device was broken, and the cursor jump was caused by the hardware
issue.
To filter out the cursor jump, the trackpad doesn't support the accurate detect
of moving speed faster than 2m/s, so when the jump speed exceed the limited
distance based on the time, it should be discard and won't affect the fast
swipe gesture. But for the jump less 2m/s, a balence may required bewteen the
swipe gesture and the cursor jump detect/discard.
