again, please try the xinput command, not dconf, gsettings or anything else
gnome related. your output still shows 2fg scrolling enabled.

when 2fg scrolling is enabled the edge zones are used for palm detection. when
edge scrolling is enabled, the right edge zone works as scrolling area and palm
detection is disabled in that area.
