does the cursor wobble when you hold the finger still in normal mode? If so we
may need a hysteresis for your touchpad, otherwise it may be a pure scrolling
issue. Please attach an evemu-recording anyway, makes it easier to handle.

Also, I just pushed libiput-1.2.1-2.fc23, please try that first too.
