As I learned, it is YES.
I discussed it with with our FW engineers, they said that there was a balance
with the fast swipe gesture and the quick drum gesture for those Gen3 trackpad
devices. So if returned for the special case, it would break other gestures'
performance, and all things and process should be rerun and retest.

I think the best way filter it in the libinput currently.
The method to identify the Gen3 trackpad device is to read the product_id of
the device. I will collect and send out all the Gen3 trackpads' product_id list
a little later.
