see commit 342bc510164e89d7c9a742406fb98f9deabf5c8f and e.g. bug 93583.

Your device is a semi-mt device and we disable gestures on them by default
because the data we get is largely garbage. I'll have a more detailed look at
your recording later but right now all I can say is this is, unfortunately,
intended behaviour
