            Bug ID: 770745
Summary: wayland: Warn when an application tries to map popup
                    incorrectly
    Classification: Platform
           Product: gtk+
           Version: unspecified
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Normal
         Component: Backend: Wayland
          Assignee: gtk-bugs at gtk.org
          Reporter: jadahl at gmail.com
        QA Contact: gtk-bugs at gtk.org
                CC: rob at robster.org.uk, wayland-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
     GNOME version: ---

Warning instead of actually mapping a non-top most popup makes misbehaving
applications emit warnings instead of being terminated by the compositor.

For example this makes Eclipse not abort when right-clicking on the
"Perspective" switcher icons when they are in a horizontal tool bar.
