Description:

After commit 4cb1b964 - gtkwindow: Update shadow size on state change the
playback window in totem is misplaced after a state change.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run totem in Wayland
2. play a video
3. maximize the window

Actual result:

The output are is shifted

Expected result:

The output windiw is rightly placed within the window
