bottom aligned context menu

I have a dual monitor setup with displays of different sizes (left: 1600x900,
right: 2560x1440). When I setup the displays to be bottom aligned, the
selection portion of a combo box and context menus are all placed significantly
lower than they should be. Example screenshot attached.

When I setup the displays to be top aligned, the same widgets appear in the
correct location.
