I have the same problem with my Logitech G502 that I configured with some
macros. Ctrl, Shift, Alt, etc seem to get lost inside libinput as "ctrl+w"
becomes "w" and "ctrl+shift+t" becomes "t".

Bisecting the changes between 1.9.2 and 1.9.3 indicates that
8c55bc060df837f986f57c8c26ae2f9c58963bcc is the culprit. I'm not familiar
enough with C and libinput to help with a patch, sorry.
