It may be a variant of https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=781391#c5 but
for tooltips perhaps?

AFAIK Jonas said that Firefox draw to already deleted window...maybe we can
call gdk_window_is_destroyed() from Firefox before wl_surface.commit?
