OK, I've just reproduced with the x11 backend so this is _not_ Wayland
specific, but rather related to the use of CSD.

To reproduce with x11, run:

 $ GDK_BACKEND=x11 GTK_CSD=1 firefox-wayland -ProfileManager

And follow the reproducing steps from comment 9.
