I briefly looked into xdg_popup, but I am not 100% clear on how to use it with
GTK. The use case is pretty much what you described (a menu). As it is not
feasible for us to migrate over to popovers at this time, I would like to know
how i could use xdg_popup with GTK in order to get the same outcome.
