Ok, false alarm on this one. AFAICT this is simply an alt-tab which we don't
activate dwt on (because alt is a modifier).
beyond that, I don't have anything useful yet. I really recommend that you guys
grab libinput from git, increase the DEFAULT_KEYBOARD_ACTIVITY_TIMEOUT_1 and
DEFAULT_KEYBOARD_ACTIVITY_TIMEOUT_2 and test with that. If that fixes it, we
know that the issue is the timeout. Otherwise, we have some unrelated bug.
