evemu recording of two finger upscroll

I recently updated to Fedora 26 and now the two finger scroll of my touchpad
does not work anymore.

I use a Lenovo Thinkpad T440s

and attached is a evemu recording of an attempted two finger scroll.
I just put two fingers on the touchpad and move them upwards. On Fedora 25 this
triggered a upscroll.
