One-finger movement on the centre of a touchpad is registered as two-finger
scrolling if the edge exclusion zone is accidentally touched.
On a related note, two-finger movement occasionally triggers what appears to be
three-finger pinch when the edge exclusion zone is accidentally touched.
This problem is not present with touch-size-based palm rejection.
