Intel i7-8750H (UHD Graphics 630 (Coffeelake 3x8 GT2))
Kernel: 4.19.4-arch1-1-ARCH
Mesa 18.2.6
xorg-server-xwayland 1.20.3-1
GNOME Shell 3.30.2
Google Chrome 71.0.3578.80 (Official Build) (64-bit)

And the issue seems to be fixed (--disable-gpu-driver-bug-workarounds no longer
needed).
