Extra feature: break up recordings on neutral state, possible on touchpads,
etc. Once we get BTN_TOUCH 0 we can split the recording (or at least mark it as
sub-recording) or something. This saves me from having to replay 10-minute
recordings just to find the one sequence that matters.
