FWIW I just tested the branch, and I do see sometimes cursor jitters. The
wobbling is infrequent but have a big distance.

I think it's because fuzz value both for x and y is "8",  whereas ½resolution
have been 24 for x, and 40 for y. So, now small wobbling is being filtered out,
whereas the biggest value don't.
