Back on the topic of this bug in particular, I have recently seen that both
Dell XPS 13 and Apple Macbook airs also require this fix. Although they have
really nice touchpad hardware, the hysteresis in libinput ruins it, making them
unresponsive to precise movements. And drawing a circle moves the cursor in a
square.

I was surprised to see that even great touchpads need the same fix. Although I
haven't had the opportunity yet to test this fix on those.
