No, the original fix from comment #68, I think. Or more precisely - libinput
version 1.9.4-1 from Debian/Ubuntu does the trick (reverted in 1.9.4-2 due to
James' issue unfortunately).

The XPS 13 never had wobbles, it's the opposite. Libinput refused to move the
cursor at all in response to anything other than large finger movements. And
drawing a circle made the cursor move in a square. So the fix for this bug in
general is working a treat on the XPS 13.
