I found the trackpoint speed unbearably slow too even when maxed out, so I
recompiled with TRACKPOINT_DEFAULT_MAX_DELTA bumped up to 120, and it feels a
lot better. Perhaps 60 is too conservative, or a tweakable multiplier ought to
be multiplied to max_delta?

Scrolling is still pretty slow though.
