I am using libinput 1.10.4 in Ubuntu 18.04 on a Razer Blade 2017 device - not
Stealth. Disable while typing is on as indicated by debug-events:

-event21  DEVICE_ADDED     Synaptics TM2438-005              seat0 default
group8  cap:pg  size 102x60mm tap(dl off) left scroll-nat scroll-2fg-edge
click-buttonareas-clickfinger dwt-on


But it is not working.
