The important thing: rather than actually clicking with both fingers (which
isn't possible because there is only one physical button) you put both fingers
on the buttons, then trigger a click with either. As long as the two fingers
are in the left and right area, respectively, this should trigger a middle
click. I did notice that this is not as reliable as it should be, so this is
something we need to fix.</pre>
