I'm on Gnome and I first tried that :

/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/50-cros-touchpad.conf
    Section "InputClass"
            Identifier "MyTouchpad"
            MatchIsTouchpad "on"
            Driver "libinput"
            Option "ClickMethod" "buttonareas"
    EndSection

But that didn't worked. So I tried the gsettings command and that worked. The
right click is back. Thanks !

Just for my knowledge, is Gnome overwrite the xorg setting or I didn't use the
right one ?
